People widowed by suicide often feel stigmatized by society and even other widowed people. This kind of death is frequently complicated by difficult to process emotions such as guilt, shame, anger, and relief. Following this kind of loss, relationships with other family members may be strained and our own mental health may be diminished. People widowed by suicide are invited to join us for this discussion as we acknowledge and normalize the challenges of having your partner die by suicide, and provide hope for the years to come.
