The Camp Widow® workshop schedule is packed with unique workshops designed especially for widowed people and presented by our incredible team of volunteer presenters. This event seeks to create a peer to peer community focused on hope and healing for the widowed. Workshops presented by people who are widowed themselves will be given priority on our workshop schedule in order to provide both a community of peers and also offer hope through shared experience.
If you would like to give back to the widowed community by donating your time and talent to the Camp Widow program, please submit your proposed workshop via our Workshop Submission Center at the link below. You can review our selection criteria here. For your assistance with the requirements associated with the speaker application, please reference our Speaker 101 session here.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Camp Widow volunteer presenter, and we look forward to reviewing your submission.

What our past presenters have to say!
“I always talk about how Camp Widow changed my life, but it wasn’t just being there as an attendee. It was also being there as a presenter. Having the opportunity to speak to people who have experienced this type of loss and who are eager to receive a helping hand has been amazing for my mind, my heart and my own healing as well. In addition to that, it has been wonderful for my coaching business as I have had many people sign up for my services after hearing me speak at Camp. I am SO happy that I applied to be a speaker all the way back in 2017. It has proven to be one of the absolute best decisions I have made since the passing of my wife, Michelle.” ~ John Polo
“I see presenting virtually and at Camp Widow as an opportunity to serve those who may never get to experience my program firsthand. It’s my chance to provide valuable, practical and applicable tools to the people who need it most. I have also gained clients from virtual and in-person presentations, and these are people who may not have come across my work otherwise. Soaring Spirits is a very business-friendly organization that provides many wonderful benefits to presenters.” ~ Teresa Beshwate
