Shawna Percy is a TEDxUW speaker, published author, and widow to suicide. Shawna publically shares her journey at conferences and small group sessions through trauma-informed story telling. She travels across the country delivering mental health and suicide prevention workshops, and has personally had the privilege of doing 17 suicide interventions; an example of how tragedy can be redeemed. This reclaiming and reframing of her circumstance has breathed life back into her soul, and deepened connections with the many hurting humans she encounters along the way. In 2017 she founded Life Voice Canada Inc. and recently open a brick and mortar workshop and wellness centre in her home town of Guelph, Ontario.
