In this workshop, Dr Linda will share paintings she made in the first year following her husband’s death that turned into a book of affirmations for people-traveling-with-grief. She will then guide you in a meditation to find color, shapes, and symbols for your feelings, and listen for a message from your Wise Self. You DO NOT have to be “artistic” or have any art experience to attend. It’s not about the art. It IS about being with your heart, with kindness, creativity, and compassion.
