When grief and trauma get stuck in our bodies, our minds can cause us additional pain. In this workshop we will explore how to use mindfulness, movement, breath, sound and story to free emotional challenges where they may be stuck in the body. Mindfulness promotes healing by helping us understand how we feel, and where we are stuck. By the end of this workshop you will have tools to recognize where you are feeling stuck, identify what you need to support your healing, and know how to create a safe space to do so. Bring your journal, and prepare to release your burdens and find your freedom. When you feel it, you can heal it. A short introduction to Grief Yoga will be included, come as you are, no special attire or mats are needed for this chair based practice.
