During this time of working through personal loss and grief,finding ways to practice self care and soothing our hearts can play an important part in the overall healing process. This workshop will explore grief/loss and the effects of both , emotional and physical, on those experiencing grief. The time together will be spent sharing among participants effective ways each has practiced self care and healing on this journey of grief, presenting practical applications for positive self care and ideas in setting up your very own grief comfort/ box to help in soothing your heart and soul.
