This workshop will explore grief and the effects of loss both , emotional and physical, on those experiencing grief. Practical applications for positive self care during grieving will be presented.

Lisa Mowery Jones is a program director for an international , non-profit and college student. Nine years ago she lost the love of her life to suicide. Through intentional self care and healing, she found love and hope again. Five years ago she married her Chapter 2 love and has shared her experience of grief and loss with several women retreats.
