This workshop addresses the physical experience of grief and loss through guided movement and meditation. We will use our imaginations to embody both the undertow – the sorrow of losing a loved one, and the upwell – the swell of emotion and the promise of new energy in our lives. Grief really does come in waves and we must learn to ride them – join us as we learn to dance the waves of grief. No prior experience necessary.
