This workshop is for people who are neurodiverse and are navigating their widowhood with those additional challenges – and super powers! We will focus primarily on ADHD and Autism, but we welcome anyone who identifies as neurodiverse. We will learn about how the characteristics of neurodiversity intersect with the impacts of grief, and how you can find ways to support those challenges, and embrace your strengths at the same time.
