Anger is an emotion that often comes with grief. It is identified as one of the five stages of grief by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross. Many mistakenly feel badly about feeling angry, not knowing that it is a necessary path along the grief journey towards healing. Some people do not realize that they are angry or even recognize the anger. This workshop, “Dealing with Anger”, delves into identifying anger, dealing with anger, and transforming anger into acceptance.
