In this workshop we will be exploring the decision to consider a new relationship, and possibly love, after the death of a partner or spouse. We will initially look at how issues of the LGBTQ grief experience might be different, and how the response to our loss might affect our readiness to consider a new relationship. There will be discussion as to when we feel ready to move in this direction, and whether or not there is a right time to do so. We will consider what most concerns us about the possibility of a new relationship, and what challenges we might encounter with the prospect of new love. This workshop is an opportunity for you to explore the idea of falling in love while still grieving, and learning that it is possible to have a heart big enough to hold two loves.
