The people with whom we surround ourselves post loss have a monumental impact on our grief, and our healing. In this workshop, we will discuss how to identify if someone in your life is lifting you up, or tearing you down.
We will explore ways to foster relationships with those that lift us up, how to create boundaries with those who tear us down, effective ways to improve communication for relationships in which it is lacking, and how to continue to expand your social/support circle moving forward.
