Lois Tucker Keating
Lois became widowed in 2010 when her husband Paul lost his battle with brain cancer. Paul and Lois were 35 when he passed away, leaving behind their 18 month old daughter Briar Rose.
Lois is a regular volunteer with Soaring Spirits International and supports the Regional Group Leader (RGL) program as a RGL Volunteer Coordinator East and supports the related programs at Camp Widow. Lois brings with her experience as the Halton Peel Ontario, Canada regional group co-leader as well as experience working in quality assurance, business process, live performance, theatre and improv. Lois is passionate about helping people “find their people”. Lois began volunteering with Soaring Spirits during the pandemic and enjoys the fun the RGLs have on RGL Funday Monday. Her family motto is “Play to Win”. Lois is the author of ‘Fake It Til You Make It’, a book of practical sayings that keep Lois going. Lois is honoured to be supporting widowed people through the Soaring Spirits programming. Long Live Love.
