Camp Widow Virtual
Camp Widow is a program designed to create a safe space in which people who have experienced the death of a spouse or partner can heal and grow.
This virtual offering blends the key elements of our in-person program into an innovative virtual offering that will facilitate an opportunity to connect with other widowed people, explore issues relevant to the amount of time you've been widowed, discuss a variety of topics relating to your widowhood with others who get it, and access research informed tools and resources designed specifically to assist widowed people as they build a new life for themselves and their families.
Camp Widow Virtual content is presented live once per year. After the live presentation has concluded, a recorded version of the event will be available to all registered campers for one year.
Access the recorded Camp Widow Virtual Edition workshops, discussions and panel presentations from the comfort of home anytime you need a dose of hope delivered by your Soaring Spirits widowed community. Watch the video program all at once or many times over - the pace and content choice is up to you.
One thing you can count on - this program was designed for widowed people by widowed people. We are here for you, and we are in this together.
The program will be presented live November 20 - 22, 2020. Recorded program content will be available on 12/7/2020 and remain open to all registered campers through 12/7/2021.
