This workshop will be provided exclusively for those navigating suicide loss.
Suicide survivorship leaves us with a host of difficult emotions. Many of us will feel anger, relief, guilt, or shame. How can we treat ourselves nicely as we deal with complicated feelings? How can we react when others blame us for our partner’s death? What sense can be made from asking “why?” This workshop will provide an introduction to these topics, as well as emphasize our rights as grievers of suicide loss.
