Toni Knobloch

In 2016, Toni became a widow very suddenly at the age of 38. Feeling the full weight of grief crashing down upon her, she was able to lean upon her faith in order to get through and press forward, knowing that her life was changed forever. Vowing to take her painful experience and use it for the good of others, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies and is now pursuing a Master of Science in Thanatology Degree in order to specialize in Grief Support. Actively involved as a co-leader of a grief group at her church, Toni also became involved with Soaring Spirits International and took on the role of a Regional Group Leader in the Eastern Shore, MD area. She also volunteers at a local area hospice in Salisbury, MD, in support of their grief and bereavement program. Knowing what Camp Widow has done for her in her grief journey, she is eager and passionate about giving back to the widowed community.
