Sade Aryio

Sade Ariyo was widowed suddenly 15 years ago and has been building community with widowed people through Soaring Spirits since 2013 as a Regional Social Group Leader. Today, she serves as Soaring Spirits International’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer and supports the organization’s communications efforts. As a wellness coach, her passion is people, connection, community, and fun, and those values are reflected in both her work and her life. While widowhood threw her off balance for a time, Sade has come to believe that there is always room for joy in our lives, no matter what challenges we face.
