Jill Airaki

Jill Airaki is the Director of Education Impact at Wintrust. She leads Wintrust’s strategic efforts
to cultivate financial wellness as a cornerstone of our mission to build stronger, more financially
resilient communities.

She oversees our financial education programs, deepens partnerships with organizations
providing critical wrap-around services, and collaborates closely with our higher education
partners to enhance our impact.

With over 350 certified facilitators across our footprint, Jill guides this passionate group who
share their time and talent, leading conversations that include banking access, building/repairing
credit, creating a budget and savings plan, fraud prevention and awareness, just to name a few.

Jill serves on the Board of Directors of Chicago’s Green City Market, a local farmer’s market
focused on supporting local farmers, education folks about their food and expanding access to
fresh and locally-grown food for all.

She earned her B.A. in Business Administration and Spanish from Ripon College and her
Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from North Park University.
