Dr. Tina Fornwald

Dr. Tina Fornwald is a grief advocate, author, transformational speaker, and the founder of the nonprofit organization Widowhood Real Talk with Tina, which provides support and resources for widowed individuals navigating life after loss.
After the death of her husband in 2017, Tina began sharing her personal journey through grief while creating spaces for honest conversations about loss, healing, and rebuilding life after the death of a spouse or partner. She is the host of the podcast Widowhood Real Talk with Tina, which reaches listeners in over 119 countries.
Tina is the author of the novel The Five Widows Club and creator of the framework "Where Grief Gets Stuck: The Five Survival Patterns." Through her work, she helps grieving indivuals recognize where they may feel stuck in their grief and discover practical ways to reconnect with themselves, others, and life again.
