Beth Lewis

After being widowed in 2008 I began a steady yoga practice which became a large part of my healing process. I have been teaching yoga including yoga for grief for over a decade with a variety of populations. I have training in somatic exercise, various forms of yoga including chair, vinyasa, yin yoga and yoga nidra and completed additional training in trauma informed yoga. My professional experience as a physical therapist has helped guide me in providing supportive programs to a diverse population.
