Beth Lewis
Following my husbands death nearly 16 years ago I participated in individual therapy, attended groups and spent a lot of time reading and finding online support. After attending a yoga session at my first Camp Widow I began to realize how much grief was still stored in my body. I participated in a 200 hour yoga teacher training and began to teach, as well as continuing to take numerous continuing education courses. I currently teach chair yoga, Yin yoga, vinyasa flow, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Grief. It has become my passion to share the benefits of yoga with those in the grief community. After retiring from a 40+ year career as a physical therapist I spend my time baking, gardening, reading and visiting my now grown children.
