Alyssa Gavulic
Alyssa Gavulic is Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who also has her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from Liberty University. Alyssa has an extensive background working with individuals, couples, and families within the military, veteran, widow, and bereavement populations. Her expertise in these areas comes from her education and training as well as her personal experiences. After becoming a military widow in 2014 and losing one of her six children in 2015, she has also become actively involved in a variety of Gold Star family organizations, military and civilian widow organizations, and parent bereavement groups. She is now the director of Crosspoint Counseling Center in Niceville, FL and practices as a psychotherapist that specializes in resiliency, wellness, military unique stressors, trauma recovery, marriage and family therapy, parenting techniques, and bereavement counseling.
