Anger and widowhood go hand in hand, and yet even though we feel it as much as any other emotion, we are never allowed to talk about it, let alone show it to the world. Anger remains the crazy aunt held hostage in the attic.
As much as you might try to avoid it, when you are widowed, the anger monster takes hold of you, your children, and anyone grieving around you, sometimes to the extent that you feel like you are going crazy.
In this workshop, you will learn that anger is a healthy and normal aspect of grief. You will learn ways to cope with the anger, to help your family cope with anger and to generally just allow anger to be a normal expression of grief. If nothing else, you will learn that you are not crazy, just angry and grieving.
