Hotel Reservations: The discounted room block opens about six months prior to the event, and all registered campers will be notified once it has opened. From that point forward, the link to the discounted block will be included with your registration confirmation email at the time of registration only and reservations cannot be made without being a registered camper.

Campers are responsible for making their own reservations. Due to the large number of campers we expect for this program, we have provided a forum within Widowed Village for anyone who would like to roomshare during the event. This forum can be found online here, and please join Widowed Village (it’s free!) if you’re not already a member.

When booking a reservation outside the hotel block, be sure to check into the cancellation policy in case your plans change or you are not able to join us at the event.
